The Popular Show Season Four Reveals the Warriors Table

Since the launch of Campaign 4, new Dungeon Master Brennan Lee Mulligan has kept viewers on edge with extensive world-building, a wide array of heroes, and a exciting storyline including angels, demons, and dark forces growing in influence within the urban setting.

Note: Spoilers for the latest installment of Campaign 4 follow below.

The Soldiers Table Unveiled

The latest chapter finished on a huge suspense moment and revealed the premier party of heroes who will split off from the primary party to begin their separate journey, distinct from the remaining groups.

The combat-focused team consists of Teor (brought to life by the voice actor), Thimble (Laura), the strong-willed figure (Whitney Moore), Wicander (the player), and Kattigan Vale (Robbie).

Why Split the Party?

Given an extensive roster, it was obvious from the start that maintaining everyone at a single group would be unfeasible.

Hence, the initial installments of Campaign 4 serve as an Prelude, weaving together the individual narratives before branching into three distinct groups: Soldiers, Planners, and Questers.

Characteristics of the Combat Party

Per Brennan Lee Mulligan, the combat-focused party is for participants who enjoy a traditionally charged combat and conflict-driven narrative style where diplomatic options are scarce.

At first glance, figures such as the reluctant priest Wicander might seem mismatched, but the actions of episode 3 make it clear why these specific adventurers are perfectly fit for the warrior group.

Why They Must Go

First, the team knows exactly where to head next after a intense first encounter with The Crow Keepers.

A former ally of Thjazi—whose demise kicked off the narrative’s action—exploited the foes for his own means, invading the hidden lair, attacking the character, and stealing all the powerful objects to dispose of.

The antagonist then paid off his liabilities and ran away to a secure base in the remote area, beyond the city, with Teor’s brother close behind.

Character Drivers

Additionally, each member has a personal reason to exit the urban setting:

  • The rogue, as Thjazi’s partner and closest confidant, desires vengeance.
  • The knowledgeable figure is familiar with Timmony and warns that it is a dangerous place.
  • The warrior and Wicander, having disobeyed his relatives’ demands to execute the target and instead saved him, have nowhere else to go.
  • Yet, their reputation as prominent individuals in the powerful family could help the team enter locations they usually can’t.
  • Additionally, The fighter swore a eternal obligation to The cleric for his rescue and will now follow him anywhere.

Fugitives

Finally, all of them are hunted by the powers that govern the city for a variety of reasons, making staying in the city dangerous:

  • The rogue and The character are recognized lawbreakers.
  • The warrior and The healer turned against House Halovar and the horde of evil beings they are partnered with.
  • Teor is wanted dead by the family.

This leaves them few options but to travel to the northern region in quest for the traitor.

Upcoming Developments

From episode three’s follow-up content, we learn that the warrior group will be absent the following episode, leaving the other eight players to round up the Questers and Strategists groups.

Fans can expect learning which players will be where in the season’s last Overture episode, streaming live on October 24.
